| Check-In & Check-Out Times. Check-in times are normally 1:00 pm. Check-out times are normally 11:30 am. Earlier check-ins or later check-outs can be arranged.Deposits & Cancellation Policy. A charge of 25% of the the entire bill is held with the balance due upon check-in. (This charge is reversed should you desire to pay by cash or with a different credit card) All Cancellations must be made1-week prior to the confirmed check-in date. After that, your credit card is charged 25% of the the entire bill Internet Connections. High speed internet access is available in each room. You must have a laptop with an input for ethernet connection. Kitchen Usage. Guests normally have 24 hour access to a kitchen and can cook their own meals if they choose Towels, & Linen & Appliances All towels and linen are provided. Hairdryers, Iron, and Ironing Board vaialble TV - Cable, HBO, Showtime, & Cinemax. Most rooms have cable TV with over 15 movie channels as well as local cable. Room Phones. Each guest ouse has a phone where each of our guests can make and receive calls. All locals are free. Long distance calls require a prepaid calling card.
